  Free Exchanges & Returns:

  We accept free exchanges and returns for unworn and unwashed garments/products that are defective upon delivery within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period).

  Note: We do not accept returns for underwear products due to hygiene standards.

  2. Ship the Item: After contacting us, you will need to ship the items back to our warehouse.
